Track Notes

I’m not really a numbers man … until the opportunity and invitation arises. Then I’m a numbers man. But my primary geocaching goal is all the traditional caches in Namadgi National Park.

Two introverts enjoyed their own … and each other’s … company today. What would a psychologist make of that?

Pretty dry and uninteresting country, but the number of caches kept us involved. Open walking with a very little scrub; a bit tight in places down near the Murrumbidgee and a couple of the gullies; a couple of zones of Bursaria.

A starter (for me) on the way out with GC7NCF0 Vampire Series #30 – Petar Blagojevich at the Spring Station Creek crossing. By the time we finished what we could do for the day of the Vampire Series, I had 39 finds. Thanks to Roger, we stopped at the entrance to Lanyon on the way home for both of us to log GC7Q3BW Lanyon Homestead. I won’t list the other finds here. If you’re interested, check out my geocaching page for 7 Jun 18.

The highlight of the day was GC7PZGB Murrumbidgee Meander II.2. A wonderful spot on the Murrumbidgee River. Check out the couple of pics.

Thanks Roger. Organise another!
