Track Notes

I am a fan of the Canberra Bushwalking Club’s after work, daylight savings walks. This evening’s stroll was an excellent one, ably facilitated by Mac (Di – 13 of us turned up expecting your leadership; Mac filled in admirably 🙂 ). And he kept the storms away from us!

Although only January, I was in the august company of famed geocacher mtbikeroz. Perhaps his presence prompted me to pull out my phone at McKier trig and, lo and behold, there was a nearby geocache of a level of difficulty suited to my ability. Found and logged GC4DFQR Aranda Hill.

South through the Aranda Bushland Nature Reserve, another popped up near to where the party was headed, so another quick nab of GC1H49Z In the Shadow Of.

We returned to the north-west, under Bindubi St and back to the cars.

A nice circuit.
