Notes
Sadly Tim the Yowie Man could not be with us at the last moment, but our President did an admirable job. Included was a fine hat in deference to TYM.
Being an early bird, I got uncluttered snaps of the snaps.
The photographs are being silently auctioned (to cover the cost of mounting the photos) on the night of the CBC 60th Anniversary dinner on 14 May. I am going to place an astronomical bid for this great shot taken by my excellent friend Lauren.
The crowd arrived and early inspection began, accompanied by refreshments.
We then moved into the public area for Terrylea to launch the display.
A great opportunity to catch up with many friends.
Ran into Rupert and Brian and others on an NPA ACT work party in the Visitor Centre grounds. I dips me lid to these hard working folk! Similarly to the two volunteers at NVC who have a wealth of information to share with folk coming in who want to know about NNP and the opportunities it provides.
The exhibition is open Saturday 9 April to Sunday 1 May. Go and have a look!
