Thursday 3 January: Mugga Circuit – S/E. Although there are no regular evening walks this summer, I intend to put on one or two. Meet at 6.30pm at the car park in Farr Place at Isaacs shops, We will walk along the trail below Isaacs Ridge then past the base of the Mt Mugga quarry. Expect to finish by dark but bring a small torch, just in case. Also bring a water bottle. No need to book, but to verify the walk is proceeding, text “walk on?” to the walk leader by 6pm on the day. Track Notes
Nice of Jeff B to put on a couple of daylight savings evening walks to entertain us. A simple ramble on a hot evening with some views. The disused quarry on the SW side of Mt Mugga Mugga has been newly fenced, but no further action.
