We went N from the offices, around the spoon drain at the bottom of the hill, along the E side of Red Hill and up the S spur. Morning tea at Davidson trig, where we met Allan C - an old walking buddy - looking very fit. Further N and down to the saddle, then an oblique footpad down to cross Gowrie Drive and so down the NW spur back to the cars.

Distance: 10.1km Climb: 150m. Time: 7.00 - 9.35am (2hrs 35mins), with 20mins of stops.
Grading: M/E; E(5)
