Getting There

This walk was organised and led by Stan M as a CBC walk:

Thursday 13 January - Mulligans Flat - S/E. Meet 6.30 in the main Mulligan’s Flat car park. Go down Horse Park Road, turn into Francis Forde Drive as per sign, then left into Amy Ackman Drive which will take you to the Mulligan’s Flat car park. Nice open bushland. No need to book. Map: n/a Leader: Stan M. Transport: drive yourself.

13 of us met under threatening skies, but it stayed dry.

Arriving early, I wandered into the Mulligans Flat Schools site and visited the old photinia.

As always, a very pleasant stroll with Stan on his after work rambles. In along the main track for a while, then down to the Old Coach Road and back via a loop to the S along the bird watching walk.

Distance: 7.8km Climb: 50m. Time: 6.33 - 8.17pm (call it 1hr 44mins).
Grading: S/E; E(4)
