A very pleasant wander around the National Arboretum Canberra, which is looking emerald green with all the rain. Our first stop was the lookout on Dairy Farmers Hill. Not a particularly high hill, but it provides a wonderful view. The sculpture is the best public art in Canberra.

Next, across to the other side to visit the Wide Brown Land sculpture. Another beauty.

Finally, down into the Himalayan Cedars and its central picnic and barbeque area. Very couth table and chairs. Yummy arvo tea shared, including Alison's fresh, still warm, orange and poppy seed muffins.
